On December 15 they met at the 'Milan Assolombarda Devoteam Ausystems the company, the unions Fiom CGIL, UIL Uilm of Rome and Milan, the trade unions of the two locations, to discuss the possibility of establishing in 2011 a performance bonus tied to shared parameters.
part of the discussion are also addressed other issues on the agenda, on which the parties have opened a period of reflection which led to identify two dates in the month of January 2011 in which the merits and find appropriate solutions.
The Trade Unions and the RSU believe there are conditions to continue the comparison and refer to the events of January, the holding of meetings in individual homes.
